Displays allow reading the value of inductive as well as combinations of simple steps probes. Electronic interfaces help you to manage, synchronize inductive sensors and allow data transfer to a computer or a PLC.

Autonomous portable instrument – reliable and robust.
The TWIN-T10 offers excellent readability of the analogue and digital indication: the special form of the analogue scale enables a detailed visualization of micro variations. The high-contrast display and the large numbers of the digital indication contribute to an unequivocal, immediate and clear reading by the operator.
This instrument is the perfect tool for measuring form and orientation tolerances during assembly in workshops, on workstations of a production line or on a machine on the shop floor
A M4P-3 module is an interface for 4 half-bridge standard probe inputs.
Each probe input interface is provided with an electronic circuit optimised for fast measurement to convert the probe DC signal voltage.
The output signals are of analog type (V / mm).
The standard gain is 1V/mm but can also be set to 2.5, 5 or 10V/mm (see user manual).
The interfaces can be assembled together on a DIN 7.5x35 rail.
The power supply can be either via the S48001719 power supply (to be ordered separately) which can supply up to 10 interfaces or via an external power supply on the front panel which must provide 0.1A per connected interface.

Each sensor very accurately simulates a given length. Each sensor comes with 2 values (positive and negative) and is calibrated and comes with a measurement report, which includes the values (actual) measured during calibration and uncertainty relating thereto.
Calibration Probes Also called «Dummy Probes», these probes serve as resistance dividers producing an electrically simulated given length dimension with high accuracy. The whole system provides both positive and negative values. All those given in the table are matching nominal values. These products, which have been calibrated, come with an inspection report that shows the values (actual values) as measured during calibration with the related uncertainty of measurement. Their connection to the instrument replaces that of a regular probe. Calibration and setting operations, if needed, are subject to a number of criteria that must be respected.
